摘要
机械压力机属于单件小批量生产,长期以来,在产品设计方面,花费了大量时间和人力。以UG软件为设计平台,结合草图、表达式引用、抑制等技术建立了压力机机身的参数化模板文件;通过UG/OPEN UIStyler和MenuScript设计了菜单和对话框;在Visual C++环境中创建应用程序工程,基于克隆装配技术,开发了压力机机身参数化设计系统,有效地缩短了压力机开发周期,可快速适应瞬息万变的市场需求。
The manufacturing of mechanical press belongs to the single and small batch production. For a long time, a great deal of time and manpower have been spent during product design. The parametric model for press machine body was established based on UG software by combining with the sketches, expression references, inhibition and so on. The menu and dialog box were designed through UG/OPEN UIStyler and MenuScript. The parametric design system of press machine body was developed based on clone assembly technology through the creation of application project in Visual C + + environment. The development period of press machine is shortened effectively, which can meet the needs of fast-changing market rapidly.
