摘要
伸缩式皮带输送机构采用二级伸缩臂架结构设计,兼具有结构紧凑,重量轻的特点,并能满足长输送距离作业的要求。输送臂结构设计中应用自下而上的参数化结构设计方法。通过UG建立伸缩式悬臂结构的三维主体模型。并对装配模型进行有限元分析和仿真优化设计。所得到的最终优化设计结果完全满足设计要求。该参数化建模为该产品的后续产品设计提供了方便,优化设计方法也为类似结构产品设计提供了一种较为实用的分析设计方法。
As a constant conveying mechanic machine, stretchable belt conveyer had been widely applied in the field of coal industry. It has the advantages of high efficiency, stability and compact structure.The SBC uses two separate stretchable structure, which improves the whole working ability. It has a compact structure and light weighted structure, and satisfied the demand of long distance and constant goods convey- ing. This design used the top-down parametric structural design method, which used the software of unigraghics to establish the 3D model of the main structure of SBC, and applied FEM and simulation for the design. The final results provided a nice approach for the structural de- sign. The parametric modeling offers a convenient approach for the following product design. The optimization design method offers a nice reference for the analogous product design.
