摘要
根据单臂架固定式起重机桁架型臂架结构的几何特征,利用ANSYS软件建立了其分析模型.通过对臂架实际工作情况的力学模拟,完成了该结构的有限元分析计算和结构校核.同时,针对此类臂架在分析计算结果中出现失真应力的现象进行了分析,提出了一种合适的处理方法.
Based on the geometrical characteristic of the truss arm of the stationary crane with single arm,an analysis model was established with ANSYS software.Through the mechanical simulation for the actual working situation of the arm,the paper accomplished its finite element analytical calculation and structural checking.Meanwhile,a suitable processing method was put forward as to the phenomenon of distorted stress disappeared in the process of calculation.
