摘要
目的：观察中西医结合治疗活动性狼疮性肾炎的疗效。方法：将３１９例活动性狼疮性肾炎分为西医组和中西医结合治疗组。西医组用激素标准疗程、环磷酰胺冲击治疗；中西医结合组在西医治疗的基础上辨证加用中药，观察临床有效率和副反应。结果：中西医结合治疗组有效率为 ８５， ３％，西医组为 ７３． ７ ％；中西组副反应发生率为３６．１％，西医组为７３．１％，Ｐ＜０．０５；中西组感染率及死亡率分别为２３．３ ％、８．０％，西医组为５３．２％和１６．７％，Ｐ值分别为小于０．０１和小于０．０５。中西组复发率为８．０％，西医组为２３．７％，Ｐ＜０．０５。结论：中西医结合治疗活动性狼疮性肾炎可以降低西药副作用发生率，减少感染并发症发生率，降低复发率和病死率。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of treatment with integrated traditional Chinese herbs and modem medicine for patients with active Lupus Nephritis. Methods: Three hundred and nineteen patients with active Lupus nephritis were randomly divided into two groups: western medicine group(Contnd group)and integrated traditional Chinese herbs and modern medicine group(Herbs group). Results: The remission rates of the Herbs group and Control group were 85. 3 % and 73. 7% respectively. The adverse reaction rate, infection rate, mortality, and the rate of relapse were significantly higher in the Control group as compared with the Herbs group conclusion:Treatment with integrated traditional Chinese herbs arid modern medicine was an effective therapy for patients with active Lupus nephritis.
