摘要
目的:探讨疗效更佳、不良反应(ADR)更少的狼疮肾炎(LN)治疗方案。方法:109例LN患者随机分为泼尼松(PR)+环磷酰胺(CTX)组(对照组)48例与PR+CTX+中药自拟方组(治疗组)61例,观察比较2组患者的疗效及ADR发生情况。结果:治疗组显效率为77.05%(47/61)、总有效率为95.08%(58/61),对照组显效率为58.33%(28/48)、总有效率为77.08%(37/48),治疗组显效率和总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组尿蛋白水平、感染发生率、消化道出血发生率、骨坏死发生率、贫血发生率均明显低于对照组,2组ADR方面比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药自拟方联合PR、CTX方案治疗LN患者疗效更佳,且出现各种相关ADR较对照组明显减少。
OBJECTIVE：To explore optimal regime and less ADR for lupus nephritis（LN） by adopting self-made TCM prescription.METHODS：109 LN patients were assigned into control group（n=48） and therapy group（n=61）.Both groups were treated with metacortandracin and cyclophosphamide.Control group were additionally given self-made TCM prescription.The clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction（ADR） of 2 groups were compared.RESULTS：The curative rate and total response rate of therapy group were 77.05%（47/61） and 95.08%（58/61） respectively and those of control group 58.33%（28/48） and 77.08%（37/48）.The curative rate and total response rate of therapy group were all higher than those of control group.There were significant difference between 2 groups（P0.05）.The level of urinary protein,infection rate,incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding and bone necrosis in therapy group were all lower than in control group.There were significant difference in ADR between 2 groups（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：The optimal regime for LN patients is self-made TCM prescription combined with metacortandracin and cyclophosphamide with less ADR,as compared with control group.
