摘要
目的：探讨基于JCI标准的护理人员安全思维的培养方法与效果。方法对护理人员采取以下措施：根据思维的系统性原理，制定护理安全管理措施；根据思维的预见性原理，建立护理风险管理预案；根据思维的周密性原理，完善手术安全制度；根据思维的敏捷性要求，落实应急管理制度；按照思维的逻辑性原理，改进患者身份识别和病情收集方法。结果经过1年5个月的实施，各项护理工作日益规范，护理程序得到优化，服务质量稳步提升，2013年护理事故的发生率下降为0，各类护理不良事件、护理纠纷的发生逐步减少，全院各护理单元平均患者满意度迅速上升，由2012年度的（60±6．3）％上升为2013年的（88±4．6）％。2013年1月医院顺利通过JCI国际认证，护理质量获得评审专家的高度赞誉。结论通过对护理人员安全思维的培养，使护理安全思维成为一种习惯，从而提升了医院的护理安全文化，推动了护理质量的整体提升。
Objective To explore the cultivation methods and effects of security thinking among nursing staff based on JCI standard .Methods The following measures were taken to nursing staff： developing nursing safety management measures based on the systematic principle of thinking;establishing nursing risk management based on the predictable principle of thinking;improving surgical safety system based on the careful thinking principle;implementing emergency management system based on the requirements of quick mind ; improving identification of patients and disease collection methods based on logic principle of thinking .Results After the implementations lasted for 1 year and 5months,the nursing work was standardized increasingly;the procedure of nursing was optimized;the service quality was improved;the rate of nursing accidents decreased to 0 in 2013;all types of adverse events and nursing disputes gradually reduced .The average rate of hospital patient satisfaction in each nursing unit in creased rapidly , from （60 ±6.3）% in 2012 to （88 ±4.6）%in 2013.In January 2013 our hospital successfully passed JCI international certification and the nursing quality was highly praised by accreditation experts .Conclusions The cultivation of security thinking among nursing staff based on JCI standardcan make security thinking in nursing as a habit , which improves the culture of nursing security in our hospital and the whole nursing quality .
