摘要
目的 提高牙周病临床治疗的疗效以及便利性。方法 以抗口腔内厌氧菌、需氧菌的代表药物 ,甲硝唑和洗必泰为主体 ,自行研制了复方甲硝唑凝胶 ;并应用于 5 0例患有牙龈炎或牙周炎病人。结果 体外抑菌试验显示该制剂对牙周病优势菌有明显抑制效果 ;临床观察二周后 ,菌斑指数 (PLI)、牙龈指数 (GI)、龈沟出血指数 (SBI)及牙周袋深度 (PD)均显著降低。结论 复方甲硝唑凝胶治疗牙周病疗效确切 ,同时治疗方法简便、费用低廉 ,显示出广阔的应用前景。
Objective To improve the effect and facility of clinical treatment for periodontal diseases. Methods The compound metronidazole gel mainly made from metronidazole and chlorhexidine which were the representative medicines against anaerobes and oxybiotic bacteria in oral were developed.50 cases with gingivitis or peridentitis were treated by this kind of gel. Results The antibiotic experiment in vitro showed that the gel can resist bacteria obviously. After two weeks PLI GI SBI and PD all dropped remarkably in clinical observation. Conclusion It demonstrated that metronidazole gel compound could cure periodontal diseases reliably, and the method of treatment was convenient and the cost was low.
