摘要
MED—1树脂基体基本能满足中温固化成型工艺要求。浇注体具有较高的拉伸强度,优异的抗断裂韧性。该基体与E—玻璃纤维、碳纤维等增强材料粘接性好,复合材料成型工艺简便;单向复合材料的力学性能、热强度保持率及湿热强度保持率都比较高。
MGD—1 resin matrix can be cured at medium temperature. Cured resin has excellent properties in tensile strength and fracture resistance. MED—1 can firmly adhere reinforcements such as E-glass fiber and carbon fiber. The molding technique of composites is simple and convenient. The main mechanical properties of the unidirectional composites are good in room temperature, thermal or wet—thermal conditions.
