摘要
以薄叶系文心兰Alha‘lwanaga’茎尖诱导形成的原球茎 (Protocomlikebody ,以下简称PLB)进一步分化形成的幼苗为试材 ,比较不同培养基类型 (MS ,1/ 2MS ,VW )及不同种类凝固剂 (琼脂、Gellangum)对幼苗生长的影响 .结果表明 :实验用基本培养基类型中 ,幼苗的生长以MS较好 ,Gellangum作凝固剂时优于琼脂 .同时证明 ,培养时幼苗愈小 ,其基部PLB形成率愈高 .幼苗分化形成后 ,进一步培养以株高
The effects on the growth of in vitro Oncidium shoots were studied with different media (MS, 1/2MS and VW) and coagulant (Difco agar and Gellan Gum) by using different size of shoots (0.6, 2.0, 3.2,and 4.8cm) of Oncidium Alha‘lwanaga' induced from PLB. The results indicate that MS is the best medium for in vitro shoot growth, Gellan Gum is better than agar. The smaller the young seedlings are, the higher the forming rate of the base PLB is. The optimum seedling height is about 3?cm when the formation finished and the seedling will be cultivated.
