摘要
在分析我国西部地区发展特色农业的优势、必要性、开发现状及存在问题的基础上 ,探讨了组建特色农业基地的战略构想 ,并提出了加快西部地区特色农业发展的主要措施。对西部地区实施农业结构调整 ,加快农业产业化进程 ,实现农业和农村经济可持续发展 ,具有重要指导价值。
Based on the analysis on the advantages, necessities, current situations and existing problems of developing characteristic agriculture in west regions of China, this paper discusses the strategies to set up bases of characteristic agriculture and main countermeasures to improve it.The paper may provide guidance for adjusting agricultural structure, improving agroindustrialization, and realizing sustainable development of agriculture and rural economy in these regions.
