摘要
目的 调查某院围术期患者预防性使用抗菌药物的现状及合理性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据.方法 抽取某院2013年1~6月外科手术出院患者病历300份,对围术期抗菌药物使用的合理性进行评价.结果 围术期抗菌药物预防性使用率高达99.67%;214例手术术后停药时间大于48 h,占71.33%;仅有133例预防性用药于术前0.5~2.0 h给药,占44.33%;149例预防性用药的Ⅰ类切口中,联合使用抗菌药物患者为24例,占比达16.11%.结论 该院围术期患者预防使用抗菌药物存在明显不足,医院需要加强相关制度建设,重视对抗菌药物合理使用的管理;加强对医务工作者进行合理使用抗菌药物相关法规与技能的培训,进一步提高其合理使用抗菌药物法规意识与知识水平,以确保临床抗菌药物的合理使用.
Objective To investigate the present condition and the rationality of the application of antibacterial agents in the patients during perioperative period in a hospital, and to provide the scientific basis for rational use of antibiotics in clinic. Methods A total of 300 copies of patient＇s record ,who discharged after surgery from January to June 2013 ,were collected ran- domly in a hospital to assess the rational application of antibiotics during perioperative period. Results The preventative applica- tion rate of antibacterial agents during perioperative period reached to 99.67% ;the withdrawal time of 214 cases after surgery was more than 24 hours accounting for 71.33% ;only 133 cases of preventive medicine were administrated 0.5-2.0 h before surgery ac- counting for 44.33% ; among the 149 cases of type I incision with preventive medicine, 24 cases were treated with combined appli- cation of antibiotics accounting for 16.11%. Concluslon There are significant deficiencies in perioperative prophylactic antibac- terial usage in the hospital, and the hospital should strengthen the relevant institution building, emphasis on the management of rational use of antimicrobial drugs and strengthen the training of skills and laws related to rational application of antibiotics of the medical workers, so as to further enhance the level of technical knowledge and consciousness of laws and regulations for rational use of antimierobial drugs and to ensure the rational use of antimicrobial drugs clinically.
