摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后放置双条硅胶管接负压球引流创面加适度胸壁包扎对减少术后并发症的效果。方法将55例乳腺癌改良根治术病人随机分成两组,观察组40例,采用双条硅胶管接负压球引流创面加适度胸壁包扎;对照组15例,采用两条普通橡胶管接引流袋引流创面加胸壁弹力绷带加压包扎。结果两组病人引流量和术后并发症发生率存在明显差异(P值<0.05)。结论双条硅胶管接负压球加适度胸壁包扎引流创面渗血,渗液更充分,更彻底。
Objective To explore the effective observation and nursing on the twin-tube suction drainage after the modified radical mastectomy for breast cance.Methods 55 patients underwent the root governing skill patient for breast cancers were divided into two groups randomly,The observation group was with 40 patients,using the pair of strip silica gel pipe joint negative pressure ball drainage injured area to add the moderate thoracic wall wrap;The control group with 15 patients,were used two ordinary rubber pipe joint drainage bag drainage injured area to add the thoracic wall tension bandage compression wrap.Results There was obvious difference between these two groups on the rate of the complication after operation and the drainage（P 〈0.05）.Conclusions When the double strip silica gel pipe with negative pressure ball combined with the moderate thoracic wall wrap drainage is given,the injured area is small and the oozing of blood is little.the effusion will flow smooth and thoroughly.
