摘要
目的 探索在社区网格化管理下开展艾滋病知识的健康促进的可行性.方法 在社区网格化管理下为居民建立健康档案过程中,为居民的六位一体的服务中,由社区医务人员传授艾滋病的相关知识一年,随机抽取1200名金花街居民调查艾滋病知识知晓率,与本社区2010年调查居民艾滋病相关知识知晓率的调查结果进行比较.结果 金花街社区居民艾滋病相关知识知晓率为84.39％,2010年居民艾滋病相关知识知晓率的平均正确率为65.39％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在社区网格化管理下开展艾滋病知识的健康促进的服务模式具有创新意义,适合在各社区服务中心开展.
Objective To explore the possibility for health promotion of HIV/AIDS knowledge under community griddization management.Methods The community medical workers taught the residents about HIV/AIDS knowledge during 1 year when building health records under community griddization management.We extracted 1210 residents in Jinhua Street at random and investigated their awareness rates of HIV/AIDS knowledge.Then we compared the results of awareness rate of residents in 2013 and in 2010.Results The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge is 84.39％,and 65.39％ in 2010.Results showed that there was significant difference between the values.Conclusion The service mode of the health promotion of HIV/AIDS knowledge under community griddization management has innovation value,is worth to be carried out in the community health service center.
