摘要
目的 了解社会、医务人员对艾滋病患者歧视现状,为寻求消除歧视,加强对艾滋病患者的关怀和心理干预,提高患者生存质量提供依据.方法 采用自行设计问卷的方法,按照保密、知情同意的原则,对在我科住院的17例艾滋病患者进行问卷调查.结果 88%的艾滋病患者感受到歧视,社会支持系统不足94%,对未来生活失去信心的58.8%.结论 消除歧视,改善艾滋病患者的生存状态,为患者建构完善的社会支持系统,对提高患者生活质量,延长生命预防和控制艾滋病的流行具有重大意义.
Objective To investigate the current situation of discrimination against AIDS patients by social and medical personnel, and to seek for a way to eliminate discrimination and strengthen care of the patients and psychological intervention to improve their quality of life. Methods According to the principle of confidentiality and informed consent, 17 patients with AIDS admitted in our hospital were surveyed by self-designed questionnaires. Results 88% of the patients felt being discriminated 94% considered social support was inadequate and 58.8% lost their confidence in future life. Conclusions It is of great significance to improve quality of life in AIDS patients, prolong their lifespan, and prevent and control the widespread of AIDS by eliminating discrimination, improving living condition of the patients, and building a perfect social support system.
