摘要
以玉溪市红塔区研和镇3个典型村230户失地农户为调查对象,对失地农民收支情况、生存现状及其对征地的满意度等开展问卷调查并进行研究,结果表明,失地后农民的家庭开支普遍增加,只有约1/4的农户家庭收入有所增加,因此,失地后他们的实际生活水平下降;虽然71.70%的农户认为总体生活状况有所改善,但仍有43.48%的家庭表示失地后心理还不适应;72.28%的农户对土地征收工作不满意,主要原因有补偿标准低、生活无保障、就业难等问题。对此,从政府和失地农民自身两方面提出了针对性的对策建议。
Taking 230 land-lost farmers of 3 typical villages in Yanhe Township of Hongta District in Yuxi City as the investigating targets, the land-lost farmer＇ s income and expenses, current living situation, satisfactions and wishes for the land expropriation were investigated by ques- tionnaire. The results showed that, the land-lost farmers household expenses generally increased, only 1/4 households income increases, so the actual living conditions of land-lost farmers decreased; although 71.70% households thought the general living conditions have been im- proved, still 43.48% households express their maladjustment ; 72.28% households are unsatisfied with land expropriation, reasons mainly in- cluding low compensation standard, life without security, employment difficulty. Several countermeasures were put forward from government and land-lost famers.
