摘要
[目的]测定湖北宜昌、陕西宁强、云南昭通3个不同产地所产红天麻中的总酚含量。[方法]以没食子酸为对照品,采用FolinCiocaileu比色法测定不同产地所产红天麻中的总酚含量。[结果]3个不同产地红天麻的总酚含量有明显差异,湖北宜昌红天麻总酚含量最高,为0.048 5%。[结论]Folin-Ciocaileu比色法为科学评价天麻质量提供一种简便快速的方法。
[ Objective ] Total phenols in three different habitats＇ Gastrodia elsta B1. f. elata, were determinated. [ Method ] The content of to- tal polyphenol was detected by Folin-Ciocaileu Colorimetry using gallic acid as index. [ Result] The total polyphenol content in three different habitats＇ Gastrodia elsta B1. f. elata, displayed remarkable difference. Among them, the content of Hubei Yichang Gastrodia elsta B1. f. elata. was the highest（0.048 5% ）. [ Conclusion] The method is convenient, rapid, and exact to determine the total phenols in Gastrodia elsta B1.
