摘要
介绍了一种利用直流电位梯度法(DCVG)和密间距管地电位测试法(CIPS)对管道外防腐蚀完整性进行检测评价的方法,并举例说明了该技术的应用及开挖验证情况。结果表明,利用DCVG+CIPS综合测量技术可确定管道外防腐蚀层的破损位置、大小、严重程度及腐蚀活性,同时消除了土壤IR降的影响,评价了管道阴极保护的真实水平,提出了管道外防腐蚀层修复与阴极保护调整方案,为管道的维护、维修与监控提供了科学依据。
A comprehensive method which uses DCVG and CIPS to test and evaluate the external anticorrosive coating integrity of pipelines is introduced in this paper, and an exemple is illustrated to show the application and digging validation. The results indicate that the comprehensive measurement technology consisted of DCVG and CIPS could determine the position, size, severity and corrosion activity of the damage. Such technique could also eliminate the effect of IR drop of soil, evaluate the true status of cathodic protection of pipelines, suggest external anticorrosive coating repair and adjustment of cathodic protection project, and provide a scientific evidence for the maintenance, repair, monitoring and control of pipelines.
