摘要
用金属磁记忆检测技术,对不同热处理状态下焊接件的磁场强度进行了检测和分析。结果表明,法向磁场强度过零点处切向磁场强度最大,用该方法可以检测焊接结构件的残余应力分布。去应力退火后,应力集中程度降低,磁场强度波动范围及其梯度均明显减小。正火后的磁场强度波动范围进一步缩小,焊缝部位的应力集中程度与去应力退火相比变化不大。提出了采用磁场强度梯度变化比及其标准差对热处理质量进行评价的方法。
The magnetic density of weldments was detected and analyzed in different heat treatment conditions by metal magnetic memory technology. The results show that the magnetic density in the tangential direction reaches the maximum when the normal magnetic intensity is zero. So this method can be used to detect the residual stress distribution of the weldment. After stress-relief annealing, the degree of stress concentration decreases, and the fluctuating range and the gradients of magnetic strength decrease obviously. After normalizing the fluctuating range of magnetic intensity is further reduced. However the degree of stress concentration in weld seam shows little change compared to stress relieving annealing. As a result, a new method of evaluating the heat treatment quality by using the gradient ratio and the standard deviation of the magnetic density was put forward.
