摘要
采用电化学阻抗谱谱(EIS)研究了丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料在长江水样中的失效规律。结果表明,涂层内水分的扩散过程可分为两个阶段:线性增加阶段和缓慢增加阶段。根据第一阶段计算得到涂层中水分的扩散系数D为6.78×10-10 cm2/s,与沿海大气环境下涂层中水分的扩散系数相接近;涂层失效时间长达700h,远远超过了沿海大气环境下的失效时间,是一种较好的涂层。
The failure process of acrylic polyurethane coatings in Yangtze River water sample was studied by EISo The results show that the diffusion process of water incoating presents two typical stages, the linear increased stage and slow increased stage. According to the linear part of lnCc-t1/2 period, the water diffusion coefficient D was obtained and the value is 6.78×10^-10cm2/s which is almost the same with the water diffusion coefficient D in coastal atmospheric condition. The failure time of the coating was up to 700 h, much longer than that in coastal atmospheric condition, and it is proved to be a kind of good coating.
