摘要
研究了钢铁表面热喷涂锌、铝及锌铝合金涂层在长江水和自来水中的耐蚀性能 ,同时还对铝的点蚀电位和锌、铝及锌铝合金在长江水和自来水中的极化曲线进行了测定。结果表明 :不论是在长江水还是自来水条件下 ,喷Al涂层极易产生点蚀 ;喷Zn的腐蚀率较高 ,不经济 ;而喷Zn 15 %Al合金涂层电极电位最低且腐蚀率低 。
Corrosion resistance of Zn, Al and Zn-Al alloy spray coatings in the Changjiang rives water and tap water has been studied. The polarization curves of Zn, Al and Zn-15%Al alloy in the Changjiang river water and tap water and the pitting corrosion potential of Al were measured. The results showed that the corrosion potential and corrosion rate of Zn-15%Al alloy were lower than those of Zn and Al.
