摘要
针对马钢1000 m3高炉的工艺情况,从优化全干法布袋除尘工艺和高炉顶温操作工艺方面进行分析与探讨,解决因为煤气介质达标难题造成影响的TRT机组开机率的透平机转子叶片积灰问题。
Optimization of the full-dry bag dedusting process and BF top temperature operation practice of Masteel’s No.3 1000 m3 blast furnace were analyzed and discussed, to solve the problem of dust precipitation on the TRT rotary blades which affected TRT opera-tion.
