摘要
为了解决锅炉的结焦,积灰问题。在瑞典次声波清除锅炉烟道内积灰技术的基础上,开展了用低频强声振荡方法清除锅炉结焦,积灰的研究。研究结果表明:该方法不仅可以清除锅炉烟道内的积灰,还可以有效的清除锅炉炉膛内的结焦。实验装置简单可靠,频率可调。给出了用低频强声振荡方法清除锅炉结焦、积灰的方法和实验参数。并对其机理进行了初步探讨。
In order to solve the problem of boilers coking and dusting; the author makes research of clearing off boilers coking and dusting by means of low frequency-strong sound oscillation on the basis of Swedish technique of clearing off boilers flue dusting by infrasonic wave. Test device for low frequency-strong sound oscillation is simple and reliable and frequency is adjustable. The thesis provides method and test parameter of clearing off boilers coking and dusting by means of low frequency-strong sound oscillation and preliminarily discusses its mechanism.
