摘要
将实现给定函数的型与尺度综合统一为圆的逼近问题 ,并对于不同类型机构的函数综合 ,给出了统一的误差评定方法和鞍点规划模型 .为克服初始值选取和获得全局最优解等困难 ,借鉴正交实验思想 ,构造敏感区域自适应调度算法 .算例表明 ,该法可行有效 .
A new approach to the function synthesis of the planar mechanisms is presented, which includes four bar linkage, crank slider and its invert mechanism, to generate the given function by means of searching a circle point on the relative link or an enveloped circle on the relative base. Then, the unified mathematic model is set up to be a circle fitting and saddle point planning. Meanwhile, orthogonal experimentation and distribution law of coupler curves are adopted to solve such problems as selecting initial point, capturing global optimal solution. Finally, some examples are given to show the feasibility and the validity of the approach.
