摘要
我国城市化进程明显滞后，成为内需不足的一个重要原因。因此，加快城市化进程将为扩大内需提供持续强劲的动力。其对策是破除行政、经济壁垒，制定吸引农民进城的政策，推动农业剩余劳动力向城市的转移，并制定合理可行的城市发展战略。
The course of the urbanization in our country lags behind obviously, which has caused the internal needs are seriously insufficient. Therefore, it will provide the enduring and driving force for expanding the internal needs to speed up the course of the urbanization. The countermeasures we should take are breaking away with the administrative economy barrier, formulating a policy for peasants coming into city, driving the surplus labour power of the agriculture to the city and working out an urban developing scheme to be reasonable and workable.
