摘要
加强新办本科高校的科研管理工作对学校的办学和发展具有十分重要的意义,但也面临着一定的挑战。需要新办本科高校从管理理念、管理队伍、管理制度、管理模式以及管理信息系统等方面着手,不断加强与创新科研管理工作,提高学校科研工作的整体水平。
Strengthening the management of scientific research work is essential to successfully run and devel- op a university. However, it also faces some challenges. The newly-established undergraduate colleges must con- stantly strengthen the scientific research management and its innovation to improve the overall level of the schools＇ research work from the management＇s philosophy, management team, management system, management mode and management information system.
