摘要
高校科研管理工作的创新 ,对促进高校科研的发展和为社会提供高新技术 ,对充分发挥高校的科研成果在现代经济发展中的动力源作用都具有十分重要的意义。高校科研管理的创新 ,主要是管理观念的创新、管理模式的创新和管理方法的创新 ,其中 ,管理观念的创新是其前提 ,管理模式的创新是其核心 。
Innovation of administration of scientific research in higher educational institutes is of great significance for heightening scientific research level,providing society with advanced and new technology and activating national economic progress. The innovation focuses mainly on ideas, modes and methods of administration, of which innovation of ideas is the premise, innovation of modes is the nucleus and innovation of methods is the way.
