摘要
"文化"这一复杂概念有诸多定义,本文将其理解为各社会共同体特定的真、善、美及有效率的价值观。中国文化与非洲文化具有很多相似之处。在集体主义、敬老尊贤、平等观念和宽容待人等方面的理念和实践表现了中国与非洲在文化方面的相似性。在中非交往中,不能只强调非洲要向中国学习;而应该认识到非洲文化在一些方面有其自身的特点,值得中国学习。具体而言,中国应从人与自然的和谐与平衡、强烈的社群观念、妇女权利以及处理边界问题的技巧等方面向非洲人借鉴。互相学习必须体现在中非合作之中。
The article studies the cultural similarities between China and Africa. Culture is understood as specific ideas about what is true, good, beautiful and efficient in a community. Similarities such as collectivism, respect for the elderly and worthy, emphasis on equality, tolerance and forbearance are discussed, so as the challenges that both China and Africa are facing. The author also points out that China should learn from Africa in harmonious relations between human and nature, strong sense of community and family, rights enjoyed by women, and the attitude and skill to deal with border issue. Therefore, mutual learning is essential to China - Africa cooperation.
