摘要
金银花主要成分为挥发油、黄酮类和有机酸类等,具有广泛的药理作用,可调节免疫、降血糖、抗氧化和抗肿瘤等,在医药、饮料食品和日用保健品等方面应用广泛。本文主要从金银花功能成分和金银花饮料开发等方面进行综述,以期为金银花资源研究利用提供一定的参考。
Honeysuckle,containing volatile oils,flavonoids and organic acids as the main components,has a wide range of pharmacological actions. With immunity-adjusting,blood sugar-lowering,anti-oxidation and anti-tumor effects,it’s widely used in medicines,beverages,foodstuffs and daily healthcare products. A review was made on honeysuckle in the aspects of functional components and beverage development in order to provide some references for the researches on and utilizations of honeysuckle resource.
