摘要
目的采用RP—HPLC测定香茅挥发油中的橙花醛和香叶醛。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取香茅挥发油,色谱柱为PhenomenexLunaC18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(68:32),流速0.8mL·min^-1,检测波长237nm,柱温35℃。结果橙花醛和香叶醛分别为0.0533~0.3199、0.0971~0.5823μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为100.2%、100.6%,RSD分别为2.07%、2.06%(n=9)。结论所用方法简便、快速,重复性好,准确度高,可作为香茅挥发油的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of neral and geranial in the volatile oil from Cymbopogon citra- tus by RP - HPLC. METHODS The volatile oil was extracted by water steam distillation and HPLC analyses were performed on a Phenomenex Luna C18 column ( 150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) with methanol -water (68 : 32) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL· min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 237 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 35 ℃. RESULTS There were good linear relationships for neral and geranial within the concentration range of 0. 0533 -0.3199 μg and 0. 0971 -0.5823 μg, respectively. The average recoveries of neraI and geranial were 100.2% and 100.6% with RSD of 2.07% and 2.06% ( n = 9) ,respectively. CONCLUSION The developed method is simple, rapid, reproducible and accurate, which is helpful for the quality control of the volatile oil from the herb of C. citratus.
