摘要
实验发现 ,铁电液晶在足够强的直流偏置电场作用下 ,可以有效地产生二次谐波效应 ,通过角度和温度变化均实现了二次谐波产生的相位匹配 .二次谐波产生的相位匹配特性不仅受电场控制 ,也受温度和盒厚度的影响 ,在较厚的样品中得到的相位匹配曲线更为尖锐 .
The SHG effect was observed in FLC under an enough strong electric field applied parallel to glass plates of a homeotropically aligned liquid crystal cell. The SHG phase_matching was achieved either by incidence angle or by temperature tuning. The behaviour of phase_matching was dependant not only on the electric field but also on temperture and sample thickness. Especially, in thick cell, a sharp phase-matching curve of the SHG was obtained.
