摘要
用简并四波混频研究了CdS_xSe_(1-x)半导体玻璃的三阶非线性光学特性。实验结果表明这种材料具有大的三阶非线性系数(x^(3)～10^(-8)esu)和快速非线性响应时间(<1ns)。
The third-order nonlinear optical characteristics of glasses doped with mixed semiconductor crystallites CdSx Se1-x is studied by degenerate four-wave mixing (DFWM). The results show that this material exhibits large third-order nonlinearities (x(3)-10-8esu) and rapid nonlinear response (< 1ns).
