摘要 牙周病患者牙槽骨破坏的评估在牙周病学的研究中起着很重要的作用。随着现代医疗检测设备的发展,无创且准确性较高的骨密度测量技术相继问世和推广,颌骨密度的研究取得了较大的进展。本文就现有临床采用的X线照相、曲面断层下颌指数、下颌骨骨皮质厚度、双能X线吸收法、计算机数字减影技术、螺旋CT、锥形束CT等主要的骨密度检测方法作一综述。 The assessment of alveolar bone damage in periodontitis patients plays a very important role in the periodontics research. With the development of modern medical testing equipment, non-invasive and higher accurate measuring technology of bone density has been available and generalized. Greater progress has been made in the reseach of jaw bone mineral density. This paper tries to discuss the main measuring methods applied in clinic for bone mineral density (BMD). The methods include X-ray radiography, panoramic mandibular index (PMI), mandibular cortical index (MCI), dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA), digital subtraction radiography (DSR), computed tomography (CT), cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) and so on.
