摘要
目的 对二甲双胍联合吡格列酮治疗2 型糖尿病的疗效进行观察.方法选择2011 年1 月-2013 年1 月在我院就诊的2 型糖尿病60 例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30 例,对照组予盐酸二甲双胍片,治疗组同时加服盐酸吡格列酮片,1 个月一疗程,3 个疗程后比较两组的疗效及两组患者治疗前及治疗后第1 个月月末、第3 个月月末的空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h 血糖（2hBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）的变化情况.结果 治疗后第3 个月月末,两组患者的FPG、2hBG、HbA1c 均较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组治疗3 个月月末的FPG、2hBG 水平较第1 个月月末也明显降低,治疗组患者的FPG、2hBG 水平较对照组降低更显著（P〈0.05）.治疗组对血糖控制的疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论二甲双胍联合吡格列酮治疗2 型糖尿病疗效确切,安全性好,临床值得推广和应用.
Objective To explore the effect of metformin and pioglitazone in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods From January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital,60 cases of type 2 diabetes as the research object, used a random number table into a treatment group and a control group with 30 cases in each,the control group patients were given metformin hydrochloride tablets ,treatment group patients were given additional pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets. A course of a month, after treatment,the efficacy and fasting plasma glucose （FPG）, 2 h postprandial glucose （2hBG）, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc） before treatment and 1 month after the end of the first three months of the end were compared between two groups. Results After three courses, two groups＇ FPG, 2hBG, HbAlc was significantly lower than before treatment, and treatment 3 months, the FPG, 2hBG levels was significantly reduced than the end of the first month of treatment, FPG, 2hBG levels of the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group （P〈0.05）. The effect of treatment group were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metformin and pioglitazone in treatment of type 2 diabetes has good efficacy and safety, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
