Development on a New Type of Intelligent Vacuum Measurement Instrument

摘要 本文叙述的是以 DL- 5电离真空规为传感器 ,用单片机作控制和测量的一种新型智能真空测量仪。文中简述其工作原理 ,详叙实现它的方法。该仪与别的智能真空测量仪不同的方法是 ,采用单片机控制发射电流 ,这样不仅提高了测量精度 ,而且将发射电流参入计算 ,扩展了量程范围。该仪采用了软件抗干扰措施 。 In this paper, we discuss a new type of intelligent vacuum measurement instrument controlled by single chip microcomputer with the sensor of the vacuum guage DL 5. The principle of this instrument is simply presented. the method of its realization is also described in detail. The distinguish features of this instrument are that we adopt the single ship microcomputer to control the launch electric current; so, we not only raise the measuring precision but also expound its measurement range with adding the calculation of the launch electric current. The instrument, which applied the resisting interference measure in software, has the function of self diagnosis and self protection.
