摘要
离体生物组织的冻干贮藏是真空冷冻干燥技术应用的重要领域，而冻干生物制品的保护剂是冻干工艺中不可缺少的制剂。着重介绍了真空冷冻干燥眼角膜时所用保护剂种类、作用和保护机理。
The freeze drying storage of off body tissues is an important application area of the vacuum freeze drying technology. The protective agents of the freeze dried biologics are the necessary agents in the freeze drying technology. The sorts,the functions and the protective mechanism of the cryoprotective agents(CPAs) of the cornea in the vacuum freeze drying were emphatically described.
