摘要
本文建立了液固两相流在弯管中的运动微分方程 ,提出了一种由流化床压降计算流化床中固体颗粒膨胀高度的方法 ,在此基础上提出了固体颗粒浓度分布的经验计算式。本文建立了一套模拟循环流化床蒸发器流动状况的二维装置 ,采用CCD图象采集与处理系统对不同的操作条件下惰性固体颗粒在床中的浓度分布进行测量 ,实验表明模型较为准确 。
The distriction of solid particles in a two-dimensional liquid-solid scriculating fluidized bed has been studied with a CCD image recording and processing system.The expeiment shows that the particle eddies have three kinds of fligure.The influence of the syphon below the bed is considered.Differential eguations of liquid-solid flow in a syphon is brought forword to demenstrate the direction in which the liquid-solid flow inpouring the bed.A method of calculating the height of particles eddy is proposed.Then an experimental formulary is put forword to calculate the concention of particles in the bed.Further experiments show that all of the method proposed is so accurate that they can be used in engineering calculation.
