摘要
对多组分羰基合成醋酐联产醋酸工艺进行了模试研究。建立了一套模试装置,对小试提供的最佳工艺条件进行考核。结果表明,模试装置工艺设计合理,运行平稳,在温度150~195℃,压力4.0~5.0 MPa的反应条件下,羰化产物收率达到89%~91%,为本工艺的工业化放大提供了依据。
We build a pilot plant to research and qualify for the optimum technological conditions which provided by small-scale test. The results showed that the pilot plant which under the temperature 150 - 195℃, the pressure 4.0 - 5.0 MPa, carbonylation product yield nearly 89% - 91%, is designed reasonable,operated stable and can be provided industrialization design basis for acetic anhydride process.
