摘要
一、引言 随着微电子器件集成度的提高,微电子器件的冷却成为越来越重要的问题。自然对流技术因其简便、安全而受到重视。小尺寸物体的自然对流与大平板的自然对流显著不同。特别是由于宽度很小,边缘效应引起的流动三维特性使得计算和实验都很困难。
In this paper, a natural convection cooling of a heated vertical strip embedded in a plate is investigated. These investigations consist of following three parts: (1) The experimental arrangement and the experimental principle of the laser speckle photography are presented; (2) Dimensionless correlating expressions of heat transfer of the vertical strip are deduced by means of the dimensional analysis method, where coefficients are determined by means of experimental data; (3) Concluding remarks are proposed based on the analysis of experimental results.
