摘要
面对东海渔业资源严重衰退的局势,首先回顾了两岸开发与利用东海渔业资源的历史与现状,得出东海渔业资源开发与养护存在的问题,进而探究海峡两岸东海渔业资源联合开发与养护的必要性与可行性,提出了相应的对策建议:两岸应建立海洋渔业资源合作管理机制,健全渔业资源携手养护模式。
In the face of a severe recession situation of the East China Sea fishery resources, this paper reviews and summarizes the past and present of cross-strait developing and using fishery resources in the East China Sea, and draws the East China Sea fishery resources development and conservation problems, and then explores the necessity and feasibility of cross-strait joint developing and maintaining of fishery resources in the East China Sea. Finally, it puts forword relative suggestions. That is, cross-strait should establish cooperative management mechanisms of fish- cries resources, and improve the conservation mode of fishery resources.
