摘要 高管团队作为企业的决策制定和执行层,在企业中发挥着重要的作用。对高管团队在企业中的发展规律进行研究,有助于创造高效团队。回顾团队生命周期研究,分析高管团队的特性,建立高管团队生命周期模型,并引入心理定势理论深入分析高管团队生命周期各阶段的心理发展变化。 Top management team as a special core decision plays an important role in the enterprise. Analysis of top management team' s lifecycle is conducive to build effective teams. After summarizing researches on team' s life cycle and analyzing characteristics of top management team, this paper builds the model of top management team life cycle and condusts through analysis on mental development of top management team in each stage of top manage- ment team lifecycle.
