摘要
首先界定了产业集群支持体系,对黑龙江省支持体系现状进行分析;然后运用DEA模型对黑龙江省现有产业集群支持体系效率进行评价,得出了黑龙江省产业集群支持体系效率评价结果;最后提出了分别从四个不同方面提出了构建产业集群支持体系的相关对策建议。相信随着黑龙江省产业集群支持体系的进一步完善,黑龙江省产业集群将有巨大的发展。
The support system of industrial clusters is important. It helps a lot in the development of industry clusters in Heilongjiang province. And it also promotes the development of leading industries, new industries, the regional e- conomy and policy coordination. Industry clusters in Heilongjiang province has produced great results. However, the support system is not so perfect yet. This article defined the support system of industrial clusters, using DEA ana- lyze the efficiency of the Heilongjiang industry clusters＇ support system and offered suggestions for it. The industrial clusters in Heilongjiang will improve a lot with the perfection of the support system.
