摘要
目的:观察分层换药法与传统换药法在Ⅱ°烧伤创面的疗效。方法:将120例Ⅱ°烧伤病例随机分为对照组与干预组,每组60例。对照组采用传统换药方法,干预组采用分层换药方法。结果:分层换药方法能够明显减轻患者的疼痛程度、创面出血、换药次数、愈合时间、色素沉着、瘢痕组织增生及治疗费用。结论:分层换药方法对Ⅱ°烧伤创面优于传统换药方法。
Objective To observe the curative effect of layering dressing change method and traditional dressing change method in second degree burn wounds.Methods 120 cases of second degree burn were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,60 cases each group.The control group using the traditional method of dressing change,the intervention group used layering dressing change method.Results Layering dressing change method can obviously reduce the degree of pain,bleeding,patients with changing frequency, healing time,pigmentation,scar tissue hyperplasia and treatment costs.Conclusion On second degree burn wound dressing method is superior to the traditional layering dressing change method.
