基于UG二次开发的变位斜齿轮参数化建模研究 被引量:9

摘要 以展成法原理为理论基础,研究了齿轮参数化建模的关键问题。用编程工具VC++6.0对三维软件UG NX7.0进行二次开发,设计了齿轮参数化模块。实现了渐开线变位斜齿轮及各种渐开线圆柱齿轮的三维精确建模。以某液力变速箱用渐开线变位斜齿轮为例,使用本方法有效提高了设计效率,为进行变位斜齿轮的CAM/CAE奠定了基础。 The gear parametric modeling of the key issues is studied based on the generating method. With VC + + 6.0 programming tools, the 3d software UG NX7.0 secondary development, a parameterized module of gear is designed. The modified involute helical gear and all kinds of involute cylindrical gear precise 3D modeling are realized.
