摘要
某电力公司电能量计量系统采集的电能量数据出错率高,判断数据缺陷花费大量时间和精力,根据多年来系统运行维护的经验,分析总结了常见问题出现的原因和识别的方法,提出了融合电能量计量系统和能量管理系统采集和生成的信息,自动监视电网关口异动的智能化解决方案和自动旁路替代的方法并付诸实施,实现了计量数据缺陷自动判断、定位,大大提高了计量数据消缺的准确性和及时性。
According to the high error rate of electric energy data from metering system in a power company,the workers have to spend a lot of time and effort to judge the data defects.The paper analyzes the reasons and recognition methods based on the operation and maintenance experience for years,and proposes a solution for intelligent monitoring abnormal electric energy data transaction of grid points by integrating the data form electric energy metering system and energy management system,which realizes intelligent judgment,positioning of the data defects and improves the accuracy and timeliness of eliminating the metering data defects
