摘要
本文以提高空调冷站系统运行能效为目的,分析和总结当前冷站系统优化控制方法的难点和不足,提出基于冷站系统各设备运行特性曲线和建筑热负荷特点来动态地优化系统设定值,并以系统设定值来控制冷站相关设备的优化控制方法。以某冷站为例分析优化控制策略应用前后系统的节能量,研究结果表明:通过应用优化控制策略,冷站系统全年节省运行能耗17%,冷站系统综合能效(含冷机、冷冻泵、冷却泵和冷却塔)提高18%,冷站系统能效明显提高。
In order to improve the operation efficiency of chiller plant, this paper analyzes and summarizescurrent difficulty and shortage of chiller plant control, and proposes the method of system set points dy-namic optimization based on characteristic curves of chiller plant main equipment and characteristic ofbuilding load, and main equipment of chiller plant are controlled by optimized system set points. Takingone chiller plant as example, energy saving of before and after retrofit by optimized control logic applica-tion is analyzed. The study result showed that: annual energy saving achieved 17%, and comprehensiveenergy efficiency (including chillers, chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps and cooling towers)increased by 18%. It can be obtained that energy efficiency of chiller plant is improved obviously by opti-mized control logic application.
