氧化应激、线粒体功能障碍与2型糖尿病 被引量:27

摘要 氧化应激是2型糖尿病(type 2diabetes mellitus,T2DM)的主要风险因素,常伴有活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)产生增加和(或)抗氧化防御系统功能损伤。线粒体呼吸链是ROS的主要来源,而高糖高脂诱导的线粒体超氧阴离子(superoxide anion,O-·2)过量产生是氧化应激损伤的始动因子,ROS可直接损伤线粒体,引起线粒体功能障碍,进而损伤胰岛β-细胞,影响葡萄糖刺激的胰岛素分泌(glucose-stimulated insulin secretion,GSIS),引起胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)。本研究探讨了氧化应激引起的线粒体功能障碍在T2DM发生发展中的作用。
