急性冠状动脉综合征患者的冠状动脉侧支循环形成与血小板平均体积的关系 被引量:2

Correlation between mean platelet volume and coronary collateral circulation formation in patients with acute coronary syndrome

摘要 目的 研究急性冠状动脉综合征患者的冠状动脉侧支循环(CCC)形成与血小板平均体积(MPV)的关系.方法 选取苏州大学附属第一医院冠状动脉造影示左前降支、左回旋支和右冠状动脉中至少1支狭窄大于或等于90%的急性冠状动脉综合征患者132 例,采用Rentrop方法对CCC进行分级,CCC 0级为CCC未形成组(n=79),CCC 1~3级为CCC形成组(n=53).其中,CCC 1级14例,CCC 2级28例,CCC 3级11例.结果 CCC形成组MPV(11.01±1.61) fl显著高于CCC未形成组(10.32±1.08) fl(P〈0.01).经Spearman相关分析发现CCC分级与MPV亦呈正相关(r=0.990,P<0.05).结论 在急性冠状动脉综合征患者中,CCC形成的患者MPV比CCC未形成的患者高,高MPV可能对CCC起促进作用. Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of mean platelet volume(MPV) and the formation of coronary collateral circulation(CCC) in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods The study population included 132 patients with acute coronary syndrome who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University. Totally 132 patients with at least the stenosis of one vessel ≥90% among three main vessels of coronary artery were enrolled in the study according to angiographic estimation. Development of CCC was classified by Rentrop method. According to the collateral degree, the patients were divided into two groups: non-CCC formation group,79 patients with CCC grade 0; CCC formation group, 53 patients with CCC grade 1-3. CCC grade 1 had 14 patients,CCC grade 2 had 28 patients,CCC grade 3 had 11 patients. Results Compared with the CCC formation group (11.01±1.61) fl,the levels of MPV in non-CCC formation group (10.32±1. 08) fl were decreased significantly ( P 〈0.01). After Spearman correlation analysis, MPV levels were positively correlated with CCC grade ( r = 0. 990, P 0.05). Conclusion Among the patients with acute coronary syndrome,the levels of MPV in patients of CCC formation are significantly higher than those of non-CCC,MPV increase may promote the formation of CCC.
