摘要
基础制动装置是地铁制动系统中的关键部件之一,其制动能力的优劣直接影响到地铁的行驶安全与乘坐舒适度。在研究RZS盘式单元制动器的基础上,给出了一些具体参数及常用制动和停放制动的制动力曲线。介绍了常用制动与缓解、停车制动和手动释放的工作原理,为后续制动倍率的研究和闸调机构的数学模型的推导提供理论基础。其次,对目前最为先进的EP2002制动控制系统做了简单的介绍。最后,对安装有RZS单元制动器和EP2002制动控制系统的广州地铁3号线在制动初速120 km/h、平直轨道上的紧急制动距离进行了计算,计算结果满足相关技术要求。
The fundamental braking device is one of the most important parts in metro train braking system. Safety and comfort level during the running process greatly depend on the braking performance of the train. In this paper, the working principle of RZS disc brake unit and EP2002, which are mounted on Guangzhou metro Line 3 is intro-duced, the emergency braking distance of metro Line 3 train when running on straight track is calculated and stud- ied. The results could meet the relevant technical require-ments, also could be used as a reference to the cities where urban rail transit is to be developed.
