The key points of converter gas cleaning and recycling system hazard assessment include substance hazard analysis, explosive and fire hazardous atmospheres division , hazard in production process and identification of major hazard installations .Converter gas is the major product of converter gas cleaning and recycling system and the gas has properties of inflammableness , explosion, poisoning, and so on.A reliable approach to avoid major production safety accidents is the effective control of converter gas.It is completely necessary for system hazard assessment of modern converter gas cleaning and recycling which has instructive significance for practice safety production.
