摘要
由转动部件重量和水轮机轴向水推力组成的水轮发电机组轴向推力负荷需通过推力支撑结构向周围混凝土基础传递,推力支撑结构对于机组的安全稳定运行具有至关重要的作用。通过对推力轴承置于下机架上和推力轴承支架放在顶盖或支持盖上的两种支撑方式进行受力分析和轴向刚度的综合对比,从降低轴向力、减小基础受力、缩短轴系以及优化设计的角度出发,系统阐述了更加适合中低水头段混流式或轴流式水轮发电机组的推力支撑方式以及由此产生的经济效益。
Axial thrust load of hydraulic turbine generating unit are composed of weight of rotating components and axial hydraulic thrust of hydro turbine, and it is transmitted to the surrounding concrete through thrust support structure. The thrust support structure plays an important role in the stable and steady operation of units. Two types of supporting structures are considered in this study, which are thrust bearing placed on the lower bracket and thrust bearing placed on head cover or support cover. By analyzing and comparing the stress and axial stiffness, the thrust support types suitable for Francis turbine and Kaplan turbine with medium and low water head are studied systematically, in the sight of reducing axial force and base stress, shortening the set of axes and optimal design. The economic benefit caused by this study is stated clearly.
